The direct2florist website appears to have a glitch that resulted in the earlier than wanted delivery of the flowers. However, Debbies flowers turned it around with truly amazing customer service. Thank you so much Debbies flowers. My wife was very happy and appreciative of your efforts, and the flowers, as am I.

Very easy to navigate the website and they were able to deliver my order within 12 hours of me placing it. The team called me and said they didn’t have the exact thing I wanted in stock, but I gave them a rough idea of what I wanted and they used there talents to make a beautiful bouquet.I ordered the night before I wanted them delivered, they called me in the morning to say the option I chose wasn’t available - I said can you just give me something of equal worth thats predominantly yellow and they delivered the most beautiful bouquet I could have asked for! They also customised the card exactly how I asked.

greatThe service was great and easy to use I can not comment on the flowers as they were sent to someone who had just lost their father and really didn't think it was appropriate to ask about the flower I just know they had received them
